Rejuvenation.

This is a good time to review your journey. During these last days of the year, create some moments with yourself to bring to you the things that you have lived this year. Create a space, take a cup of tea with yourself. Let each sip connect you with the multiple situations, good or not quite so good. Maybe your mind is tempted to travel to far past experiences. Be aware of that and come back to the present moment. Make an invitation of peace, forgiveness, compassion and intense love of what you have done. Nobody, just you, knows and understands the effort and meaning of your path. Relax and align your body, mind and spirit. Find your center. 
And then, give your adult self some time off. Let your inner child play. Laugh and have fun in this adventure called Life!
Now is the time to rejuvenate yourself. Bring yourself some new energy, enthusiasm, hope and abundance. Begin with awareness of the new direction and determination.

Not only the new year is coming, also the new of yourself is embracing the new year with open arms!

Compassion.

When we connect and hold the beautiful feeling in ourselves, we experience the sensations from our open hearts ready to receive and give, that is what I understand about compassion. I believe that every single thought of love and forgiveness, involves a gift for our body, mood and reflects an impact in our relationships. This is a natural radiance!
Nevertheless, we have a shadow, we avoid those feelings and we feel the separation of those beautiful feelings in our inner self. We choose another way such as feelings of greed, hatred, delusion, aggressiveness and violent behavior.
Everybody in our journey goes through these feelings. Transforming our shadow of those feelings begins with ourselves. I can share with you some suggestions that I have been working with, this is a good time to start!
A) Take at least five minutes every day to be in contact with you inner self. Outdoor walking is a great help.
B) Be aware about the impact in your mood, your thoughts, and others as well. You can make a mental Stop sign each time when you insult yourself or others by thinking or acting.
C) Acknowledge yourself when you hold feelings of hope, faith and love to yourself and others. 

Practicing compassion everyday with mindful awareness is an opportunity to plant seeds of love in yourself, family, community, country and world.

Abrirse a la Alegria.

Durante este ultimo mes del año, estar alerta a las emociones positivas es muy importante. Estudios han comprobado que por ejemplo, los sentimientos de gratitud, amor y de confianza, fortalecen el sistema inmunologico y al corazón. Así como construir y reunificar las relaciones interpersonales, aumenta la "resilience" o sea el poder de recuperación y promueve el bienestar.
Planear calidad de tiempo con las personas que nos hacen sentir bien, darse tiempo para el cuidado personal tanto fisico como emocional y espiritual; crean un escudo resistente ante los estados bajos de animo, y que pueden desencadenar en perdida de interes, poco entusiasmo, momentos tristes y de enojo, frustración, coraje, hostilidad, y sentimientos mezclados que principalmente se presentan en estas fiestas decembrinas. 
Abrirse a la Alegria es un reto sobre todo en tiempos difíciles, sin embargo no es un imposible.
Sentir la Alegria con lo mas simple de la Vida como el RESPIRAR. Poner atención a cada inhalación y exhalación es abrirse al renacer cada momento.

Sugerencia para este mes, tomate tiempo para RESPIRAR. Pon atención SOLO a tu respiración. 
Practica por solo 5 minutos diarios, siente tu corazón atraves de tus inhalaciones y exhalaciones. En menos de una semana veras tu progreso. Tus pensamientos, sentimientos y recuerdos serán mas de alegria que de sufrimiento.
Aprender a estar abierto implica trabajo y dedicación  y estar Alegres solo implica:
Abrirse a la Alegria!

Alegria en los Corazones!
