Time for love.
February is the month of love. Valentine ‘s Day is a grand
celebration in many places around the world. On this day, people feel the need
to express love to some special one and significant others, connecting with the
feeling of love and feeling in love.
As a relationship coach for singles and couples for many
years, I see many examples of people expressing love and connecting with their
natural feelings.
I just want to suggest four things to consider this month,
and invite you to practice the rest of the year. I call these the four ways of love.
First. Create space to be with yourself. Do
you know enough about your needs? Do you provide yourself kindness even in
difficult times? Do you know how to be present with yourself?
Second. Find the right moment and person to whom
to express your love. Are you feeling alone in your situation? Do you know how
to ask for help? Do you have at least somebody to trust?
Third. Keep and maintain the love light in
your relationships. Have you expressed your feelings of love to others? Do you
like to give love only if you receive it? Are you stuck in a past relationship?
Four. Cultivate love and share it. Compassion
and empathic feelings flow easily when you are aware and awake in the first,
second and third ways of love.
Love is a natural gift to everyone. Go back to your natural self
and explore you own ways of love.
